Hand blown glass candy canes are dazzling Christmas ornaments. Set of 13 crystal candy canes. Tree ornaments are made by artist Kevin Prochaska, Disneyland glass blower for 10 years. I originally designed these candy canes more than 25 years ago to satisfy my wife’s desire to decorate a 13 foot tall live Christmas tree entirely with hand blown crystal. Weight being of primary concern, I chose to make the candy canes of lightweight borosilicate crystal which has virtually the same reflective qualities of uncut full lead crystal. The lighter weight material allowed the tree to be decorated with dozens of these sparkling decorations creating a truly beautiful spectacle. I am again producing these gorgeous heirloom ornaments in a limited fashion. Candy canes measure 3 inches in length. To make hanging easier, a loop graces the top end of each cane allowing you to use your favorite style of hangers, whether they are easy to use wire hangers, monofilament nylon or bright red ribbons. These truly unique one-of-a-kind ornaments are ideal for gift giving to friends, family members, and Christmas ornament collectors.
